What we collect

When you join, we collect your email address and phone number. We also record whether you checked the box agreeing to get texts, and when you signed up.

How we use it

• Email: updates, launches and drops from Colony.
• Phone: we only send marketing texts if you checked the box agreeing to get them. How often varies. If you didn't check the box, we won't text you marketing.
• Agreeing to texts is never required to join or to buy anything.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share your phone number or texting consent with any third party for their own marketing.

Who handles it

Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Netlify. If we later move to an email or texting service, your information moves with it under these same rules.

Getting out

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information removed completely, reply to any of our emails and ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
